Help With My Sterling 10 Alarm

HI there, i'm new to this forum so I hope you'll be able to help. I'm a property developer and have recently purchased a property from probate. I have gone into the property and the alarm under the stairs beeps every 10-20 seconds, the control pad by the front door displays a mobile number which is disconnected. I have cut the power but the alarm goes off and when it's restored the beeping continues. Obviously as the previous owner isn't with us anymore they cannot be contacted for the code, so my question is... Is there a way to stop this beeping and is there a way to reset the alarm and input my own code?

Any help or guidance is greatly appreciated!

The system can be reset by rebooting it by a compedant person. Its now obsolete and it would be cheaper in the long run to put a new panel in. If you power it down and disconnect the internal battery , the external sounder may sound for 20min max and thats it
