I may pop in my local branch when my Wife comes home from the school run. Ty them in person (telephone customer No care was ****e).

I will be taking all the relevent paperwork with me to open a new account in a different bank - just in case.

Ive walked into branches all over the world and got excellent service, once lost my cash card in spain, found a local branch, took ID with me, they rang my account branch, verified it was me(my branch actually rang me while i was standing at the counter to check it was me!), and gave me some cash there and then to keep me going till my new card came thru.

I wont use AVG at all, I use NOD32 which is the Industry standard AV programme, havent looked back since it was installed.

Went down to my local branch Yesterday morning, They were great.

Went on their phone and spoke to their team and they're sending me a "Claims Form" out.

Antivirus 200x does the rounds every year, you need >SmitFraudFix< to get rid of it.

Most A/V proggys will not detect it before it infects because it's not officially a virus, it is what is known as "Malware" (rogue software).
