How replace G9 bulb holder please

Hi our ceiling light fell down and has smashed All of the bulbs and bulb holders. We have new bulb holders but cannot for the life of us figure out how to remove old ones/wires and put/wire the new ones in. No tutorials online, you'd think we were the only ones that had them. See link below:

do you have solid cables?
they also say you should use LED because they produce less heat
