Ok, depends if you want to make a

flat bend

internal

Or

external

But, the principle is the same, lay your trunking down and mark a 45degree line on it, cut on this line,

The joining piece you mark a 45degree line at the opposing direction to the first line.

Or, you can purchase 'corner piece's which fit over a butted joint to make it look neat,

Is it normal square trunking, or coving trunking.

Its flat bend

A flat bend...   As Stepps said ..do it the same ...cut 2 X 45deg in the back but don't cut the side ...then fold & pin it together .

Or much easier ...buy a manufactured bend .

......................then hold it up to the light and if there's a big gap do it again!

Just been out to the garage......could have sworn I had my college ones in there but could only find the tray work. Btw, ALL the trunking configurations are fully detailed in say the JTL book Electrical Installations NVQ and Technical Certificate Book 1

PM me an email address and I'll send you something.  ;)
