Hello and welcome :D

I know very little about what you ask, but are you wanting to be able to control the sky and DVD from every room?

Are you having a 'Multiroom' subscription or will you just watch the same channel on sky on all 9 tv's?

Yes I want to watch the same channel on sky on all 9 tv's and i want the 2 cctv on separate channels aswell

Sorry also meant to say welcome to the forum :D

Is it 2 cctv camera's or 2 cctv recorders ?

There are a few ways you can do this. Personally, I didn't bother including the DVD in my home set up because most DVD players don't output the DVD out of a modulated aerial output. I just put a seperate dvd player in the bedroom.

First I brought the 2 sky coax cables (sky+) to the sky box with the digital aerial input coax. I linked the sky box to living room tv with a scart cable and configured the video output of the sky box to RGB for optimum video output. The aerial input for the digital and analogue tuners of your TV are taken from RF1 on the sky box(in a system without cctv!!!).

I ran another cable from RF2 (Sky magic eye output) to a DC pass aerial amplifier in the loft. DC pass is important because it allows the 12V from the sky box to supply power to the magic eyes on each TV. A magic eye allows you to use your sky remote in one room to control the sky box in another room.

Run cables from the amplifier to each TV in the house (except main room TV), my amp is in my loft. Some amps need 240V to run others use the 12V, personally I prefer to use 240V as the sky box can only supply current in mA.

If you intend to use wall plates to terminate the coax in each room do not use isolated wall plates. You are better running the cable from the amp straight into the tv, via the magic eye. I used un-isolated wall plates just because it is a neater job.

Have a look at this diagram too, not the best, but it gives an idea.

2 cctv cameras. Could I just connect the 2 cameras into distribution amplifier
I think there are camera's that can, but IMO for the cost of a cheap DVR that would record the camera's then connect to the matrix switch it would make more sense to do that.

Sorry, just realised, if you want to watch the cctv on the main tv you WOULD need to wire the TV tuner from the loft amp, not RF1.

I have never done a system with a cctv in it, just TV and FM signal systems.

...or there are 9 people who dislike each other enough to want to watch the same thing on their own! :D
