She joined ISIS who believe they are at war with the UK (and most other western nations), surely therefore should be able to be convicted of high treason. Now AFAIK the death penalty was never officially re-voked for high treason, it just couldn't be applied because of the european convention on human rights, but in a months time we might be out of europe with no deal and no ties....
So once we are out, could a PM who broke the law to try and circumvent the rule of Parliament be convicted of High Treason?
