Hi guys I am looking for a convertor plate for an old imperial endbox so I can fit a new light switch without bursting the wall.

It's the u shaped thing that fits inside the conduit box I don't know its proper name.

Any help would be appreciated thanks kenny

When you say "end box" do you mean a circular conduit box with only one entry?

Or is it a square switch box and is the U shaped thing the grid or yoke that carries the switch .

I think a picture is called for .

Thanks kenny

Or either a 16mm surface pattress or sink one of them 16mm Metal Knock out boxes in.

Maybe a picture of what you already have would help. (more out of curiosity than anything)
