Hi, ive been in the commercial side for about 6 years now and im getting sick of the low rates and hardly any decent jobs out there, by the way im self employed. I am lookinhg to go into the industrial side of things. What sort of things am i going to experience as new things? I'll give a quick insight in to what stuff ive done in the commercial side, all metal munching, swa's upto 185mm, section boards, switch gear and control panels etc etc. I am thinking of doing my H&S passport but cant afford the compex as yet so can i get away with not having the compex for now?

cheers

Compex is mostly on required on hazardous work areas i believe (petrochem, gas and filling stations and the like)

As for new what you've done is more or less industrial apart from machines.

How are you on control, electronics, plc & cnc programming?

What do you know about BSEN 60204-1?

See they said don't ask! ;) ; ) ;)

Welcome to the forum, by the way! ;)

All you need is a 13Amp plug top - that's what one of my customers thinks :slap
What's wrong with that? Haha
