Infinite Prime Comms

Hi I have the infinite prime wireless pet alarm, I have had it set so that it calls me in the event that the alarm is triggered,
What i dont want is for the alarm to contact me every time the alarm is armed and dis armed ? Can you advise please
I find the manual very vague about this section

It is in the manual but I've only ever fitted on and hated the programming so much I hope I never see another
