Few things I picked up on a recent inspection.
How would you code these
Down-lights very close to joists
flush fit accessories in 25 mm back-boxes (should be 35 mm), so accessories wont screw tight to wall.
Cable wrapped around central heating pipes
Downlight cable not terminated correctly i.e chord grip on conductors not sheath
Main voltage shower fan that is 220cm from tray
Mains voltage downlights in bathroom 223cm from floor
Unsupported meter tails
Live unswitched cable dangling out of the wall
