Installing an RCD for shower

Hi, can anyone give me some advice please.

I'm installing a Wylex RCD for a new electric shower - all the wiring is in place from an old electric shower with 10mm cable - my question is I can see where the live and neutral go in the RCD but what happens with the Earth cable?

RCD's dont need an earth. earth from DB and earth to shower just need connected together
