I'm having problems with a system I installed last year at a site with no mains power.

The system is a Honeywell 8 zone panel but seems susceptible to voltage changes, i.e. nuisance alarms when solar panels stop charging battery a dusk.

Anybody know of a robust panel (in terms of being able to run reliably on a battery), only needs to be 3 zones.

I would have thought all panels give variable voltages at dusk/dawn. Sounds like you need some 'smothing circuitry' to take out voltage spikes, or a better voltage controller?????
