I used Marvo's wet rag idea, boiling hot rag 20 mins later gave it a blast with the Karcher jet wash. Job done.

Also had a call & email from the director of the dealership, he had the dept heads in the office on the speaker phone & let me give all some home truths about customer care and repeat custom or lack of.

I now have to get the best 5 star valet of the car available  & hand the invoice to the director personally.
