Well thats what I thought.
I am very much a hands on person and do not mind getting dirty, in fact at a recent meeting my projects manager was mistaken for the MD, I dont look tidy or pretty
Anyway tuesday morning whilst working with some really heavy swa it twisted out of my grip pulling my thumb right back.
I worked on with the swollen lump of a thumb until friday morning, when pain and concern made me go to the hospital.
Results of the x-rays showed no broken bone to which I thought was great it will be ok when the swelling goes down.
WRONGI have almost severed all the ligaments and will need physio if I am ever to use it again.
My message to you all is be very carefull a split second can result in a life changing outcome.
Luckily I am not a sole trader or I would now be up against a wall so to speak..
