Joining swa

Hi,

What other ways are there to join swa. It's only 1.5mm but wondered what people do apart from a resin kit. Thanks

Underground , resin kit.

Fixed surface to a wall, any suitable enclosure , as Galvo conduit box, galvo AD box, plastic box to IP whatever .

Depends on where mate, underground, joint kit end of, above, depends on the external influences.

The Raychem kits are a joint though mate, just a different type!

Also not cheap, but VERY good!

It's going to be laid under a patio. It's only 1.5mm swa. Can anyone recommend a good wholesaler as wilts don't stock them. Thanks

should be able to get a resin kit easily from just about any wholesaler. even SF sell them

last time i went into wilts and asked them to order a light fitting for a customer bearing in mind id been using there cannock branch for a couple of years they turned round after i travelled all the way to the wolverhampton branch only to be told theyd forgotten to order it and the chap dealing with it had gone on holiday, turns out it had been put on the desk and forgotten about, never used wilts after that bunch of to$$er$
