Pricing up the individual remedial works from the hotel PIR.... 116 individual items (quite a few refer to multiple instances of the same thing - i.e. all bedrooms without supp. bonds or RCD is 1 item, referring to 120+ rooms. There`s a 32 hour partial shutdown & board(s) mod / upgrade on there, too.

If I`m lucky, the consultants`ll sign some of it off this side of xmas

If I`m really lucky, they`ll sign off on some of the bigger onesrayrayray

And I`ve submitted a full profile to the local councils` business directory (which I didn`t even know existed!)

Note to Snakehips: You`re not on the list, either...........Might want to remedy that
