Evening boys and girls

Went to a shop that had problem with some spots under a false ceiling wired with KLIK.

The cable coming from the klik fitting had 12V before the transformer which then fed the transformer which had 1V feeding the non working spots.

Never work with klik before ,do they have a transformer inside or am i missing something.

I didn't have time to check as the shop was trading.

Take it you mean Klick Plug-in Roses. Theres nothing in them just connections. Is it possible someone has run a 12v radial of Klick plugs and someone has added a second tranny with a 12v spotlight ?

Shouldn't they have 230v going into the transformer??
That was my thought NOZ, But for some reason that is not the case.It might have wired incorrectly, didn't have a chance to check, going back when the store is closed,

that is definitely my thought.

Don't forget that in nearly all cases , no one thinks to tell you that they had someone else in last week and it hasn't worked since.

A bit like a job I had at a shop right in the middle of B,ham ,parking a mile away.

Big flying saucer type light fitting gone faulty, identify it,order one, return a week later to fit it .

Shop manager says " Why didn't you use the spare one from top of that cupboard" :C
