I normally only get called to put them back up, they usually take them down themselves with the builder I subby for,

I dont mind tbh, I get a 'call-out' fee for a visit, then a bit extra for each additional light I refit.

They had to plaster board over the existing ceiling my mistake didn't describe it clearly enough

Had to fit fire boards the pinks ones so the whole lot had to come down
