Late payment and charging interest

The late payment of commercial debts act is statute law, so as long as you meet all the "qualifying" terms then yo are home & dry.

I have just gone head to head with a global blue chip company who would not pay, they have now paid late, but on my terms.

I told them that it would be a one off payment.

Thus they now know that I will no longer work for them, why should I wait 6 months for money from a company that makes more in profit in a day than I take in a year!

Especially when they demand the work at bargain basement rates!.
