Led Lux Meter?

Just wanted to know what people thought of the new LED Lux meters that seem to be appearing on the market (admittedly from the cheaper sources currently)

Having read up it seems to be to do with a spectrum adjustment but speaking to other lighting companies they have said a lux meter measures lux on a surface so they can't see the need for a specific LED one!

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

nothing there to specify it as being an LED light meter,

apart from selecting the type of light, and some other meters can do that, except they use the numbers,

for me its not anything special.
