Light Switch Screw Spacing

I have a switch box that I'd like to replace, but it seems to have non-standard screws, closer to the center than what I can find online. I'd like to know what standard this is so I can search for the right thing. Thanks!

That is almost certainly a grid switch. So the screw’s you see just hold the front plate onto the frame

Then the plate behind has standard fixings and spacing

Just took apart the box and apparently the brand is "Hamilton Litestat". I'm curious if I can buy another switch from a different brand and have it fit.

Yes any UK manufacturers switch will fit it's a standard spacing
