Hi all!
I'm trying to find a replacement light for ones in my cooker hood. Both have gone within a couple of months of each other. I don't know waht key words to google but every single option I find has not had the right connector. Honestly, you wouldn't think it would be this hard. This is one of the ones i've taken out-

Anyway, I've tried rooting out the instructions but it's a new build and the cooker hood itself appears to be unbranded, there's nothing on the instrucion booklet and no information inside on changing lights. We did order this one but the connectors are just a touch too small so back to the drawing board.

I'm hoping someone on here can lend us a helping hand, thanks in advance,

Alex :)

The lights will be readily available but possibly not with that connector on. Personally, I would get the lights and transfer the cable and connector to the replacement items.

Your best bet is to find out where the builders sourced the kitchen. It will all have been bought as a complete fit from (e.g.) Howdens, or Magnet. The kitchen suppliers will probably be totally unhelpful but then search on e-bay or google for "their name + cooker hood lamps" .

You could maybe take the lead from the old one and fit it to a physically compatible replacement but then you are gambling that it is in fact a 12volts unit.

You can get 10 to 30v units, you could also check the voltage on the cooker hood supply to the lights.
