When selecting a breaker this is always above the load current surely because it would trip?.An example look a hectic amount of amps for this 19 amps load current 20 amp breaker use 2.5 t&e which can take 27 amps?you would never use a 16 amp breaker because it would trip this correct,ive been doing temp elecy lost my way a bit want to get back what i was doing before!

 
Only an observation;  That page ref. is for a BS88-2.

Would page 301 be more relevant?

 
Looking at table 4D5  (Page 340) ;   yes,  27 Amps
