What sort of comments are they looking for in this column

IE 1.5 Meter tails in good condition so i would tick but what goes in LR column?

So does that mean you only comment on items that are given a code?

The form i am using are the NIC EIC NEW EICR Certificates.

there is a checkbox on the generic EICR forms to record the incoming services condition, including the tails and fuse head.

Thanks Tim,

I have been in touch with NIC and he informed me that as you stated you only need to put a comment if it is coded.

Apparantly the tech guy from NIC has been inundated with the same query since the new forms started, apparantly they are going to put an explanation on the web site.
