Hi
I work for a Housing Association. We generally have isolator switches fitted between the electricity meter and CCU's in our flats and the isolators are often contained in a common services cupboard that tenants have access to. We often experience cases of abuse where residents turn off adjoining residents power supply at the isolator. Would we be allowed to lock the isolators in the "ON" position? I noticed that the isolator switched have holes through the switch cover that appears to be for locking off, probably when technicians are working on the system. If so can some form of device be purchased for this purpose?
Thanks for your help.
Regards
Peter
