Hi - I got my level 3 cert in 2007 and have done a few jobs since ( I work full time in another field) but now looking to get more serious. I am getting work though a new channel and expect this to become 'regular'. I need to be able to work with an experienced electrician to learn this properly. Looking for someone who needs occasional help and is available to help me on bigger jobs. Part P is essential and looking for someone with some patience with a newbie and is willing to share knowledge. In return I can offer reliable hands and some work. Please email me if interested in talking.

My apologies - I should have said: I am in central London. Anywhere on the tube is good for me.

Shame mate was sort of thing I was looking for but I'm in north Wales, all the best though in ur search sure you'll be on ur way soon

I am studying level 2 and 3, one year left, should you require any labouring/help for a few days a week, let me know, I need some practical experience and dont expect paying and will pay my own transport to get there. I am also a plasterer/accounts person and able to help with chasing and any other bits and pieces in exchange for hands on learning in the real world.

John in London... sounds like you and I are looking for the same thing --- some experience and some experienced guidance. I will keep you in mind if appropriate jobs turn up though ... I can only do this part time and with some luck, will get more work than I can handle! Thanks for the reply.
