having a probem connecting to my laptop. i used to connect to my pc base with both the seriel cable and printer cable. but now ive had to buy a usb adaptor and i cannot conect both cables just printer but it wont down load the info for some reason??

any guidance guys

You need to buy a 'null modem cable' to go between the usb-rs232 adaptor and the PAT tester

or a null modem adaptor
