Guys,

How do I correct the sizes of the Top, Bottom, Left & Right sides of my document in Microsoft Office Word, Please?

I have tried "Page Layout" -> Margins -> Custom Margins

and made sure the "Indents" Left and Right and "Spacings" Before and After are set to '0'. (Speaking of which 9/10 of the time, when I C&P into word or start a new doc, the Spacings after is set at 10 - How do I set that as 0 as standard too please)?

Going back to the original question...

How do I set it so that there is hardly any space around the border? Both in word and when it comes to print it, Please? (I would like it set to my settings).

Many Thanks,

Admin.

when your in page setup make the changes wanted then click on default

I sympathize with you Admin. I too was trying to get very small margins when I was making my certs. I never did find out how though.

If you can't get the paragraph after spacing correct try editing the default paragraph format.

Also, in Word the paragraph mark at the end of the line, a funny looking P if you select to show them, contains loads of formatting info even though you can't see it.

If you carefully select to the end of a line you will see thr cursor jump and have a space at the end of the word where you have pressed enter and inserted a new paragraph.

this is the paragraph mark.

BTW If you want to start a new line without this use shift enter.
