Minor works or EIC????

Domestic property, not yet lived in. One circuit - changed it from a heater to a double socket. Pretty sure I only need a minor works cert', but always like to ask to be sure. Cheers

I would agree as it is an alteration rather than new circuit (I assume the installation as a whole has already been certificated?)
