Mobile Phone Advice

Hia all,

Anyone that actually knows Me knows that I can just about make a phone call and send texts. I have been sent a few voicemails recently, upon calling to recieve them, I have been asked to input My mobile number and then press the hash key - not a problem. Then it asks for My pin number and to then again press My hash key. I havent the foggiest idea of what it actually is: would I have to go to phone maker - Sony Ericsson or Orange My provider? If I would out which to go to, would Sony/Orange be able to help Me out at all?

It is actually important that I get this sorted, as I have had an enquiry asked of Me via a friend to estimate work for a local building company.

Phone model number is Sony Ericsson G502

I am on a top up/pay as you go deal for My calls at the present time.

Thanks for that canoe, I am using the same mobile to make the calls to voice mail.

If its anything like TMobile you need to register for voicemail , phone Orange M8.
