I once worked with a lad who was as fast with log tables as anyone

was with a calculator.  Talk about mustard.

Mine was a HP41 - loved it. RPN and programmable.

It died years ago but I carry on using it in one form or another. You can get web versions for PC and a free and VERY good emulator for iPhone - called i41CX. 

Been using RPN so many years I struggle doing 2+2 on a standard calculator - I'm looking for the Enter button! 

As has been said it's for those of a certain age....
