More idiotic bureaucracy to just ignore :coat
This affects small builders I believe . I'm thinking of the four builders I work with , plus one bathroom / kitchen fitting company .
I'd say the main one will probably comply , mainly to cover his ass , the others will just continue ignoring all such things .
My main builder complies with Part Pee & Gas Safe , kitchen firm notifies nothing , doesn't give a flying phart ..... extract for bathrooms & kitchens ...forget it ...the most you get is the re-circ nonsense.
Theres us lot rushing to get the latest regs amendments ......college courses to upgrade on the regs.....Oooo must buy yet another OSG ..........most of (Edit

1/ don't fall off your ladder/roof
