New kitten!

Just to upset 'Patch!

We have a new kitten.

last of the "unwanted" litter.

It is scared of everything and has a BIG chip on its shoulder!

I wants to kill our 80 (ish, human) yr old "square bodied" Lab/Collie cross.

All the dog wants to do is play with the kitten, and NO I DON'T mean it THAT way! :^O

We have tried various ways of introduction the cat is getting more calm as the days go on.

Not a week yet.

Pooe Lady has been off her food for days!

Bloody good idea putting the kitten in the dog's bowl. You could aid palatability by mixing some instant gravy and pouring it over the kitten.

To be honest I think all animals know I like them because as much as I dislike cats as pets(they never are) they appear to love me.

Whenever I go around to my daughters house her cat just comes over to me and settles on my lap all night if I let it.

The plus side to cats is they dont need walking.

At the moment i'm helping out in the kennels my sister runs, each Dog gets 2 walks a day, the walk is 1/4 of a mile.

Today I was on my own so walked 25 dogs * 1/4 mile twice

I leave you to do the maths on how far i walked today.

All I had to do for the cats was feed them

Thank god its my day off now
