New Shower Not Working

I have installed a triton eco t80z shower there is power getting to shower but nothing happening help

Is it a new install or replacement? Is the water turned back on? Have you turned the isolator back on?

Check your neutral connections. What voltage readings are you getting l-n, l-e?

Welcome to the forum. the first advice is, where you have a new question rather than tagging onto the end of someone else's thread, it is best to start a new question yourself. (I have moved this for you).  Next, as sharpend says we need to know, is this a replacement for an old shower or a brand new install.What testing have you done and what test equipment do you have access to. Just connecting wires then hoping something will switch on without doing few basic safety checks first is a bit reckless in my opinion. Is the shower connected via an RCD? is it a dedicated RCD or shared with other circuits? Please verify earth continuity and polarity while the wiring is still dead before attempting to re-energise the unit. Is the shower a brand new unit or a second hand item from a friend/e-bay etc.?
