NICEIC certificates or your own?

They are same format,red, but without the niceic logo on them. Just my company's logo

You have to be very careful with copy write rules, this does not only include the company logo, but could includfe headers and colours. If you produce a certificate that from a distance looks like a NICEIC certificate, then I would guess that you have infringed some copy write laws.

True but if you look at the "pir form" software it allows you to change the colour and the scheme logo,except that on my one I can't change the background color, is set it up on red
