Whisky (note no E) is the man's drink, preferably single malt, and Laphroaig is certainly a fine choice.

At the age where I need to find a spirit of choice I think. Tried Jack Daniels Honey the other day, not impressed.

Not after mixing whatever either other than maybe with ice.

Want something warming, smooth but with a kick. Recommendations welcome.
