I am just dreading the fact that he could call me when due and ask when I could start:^OI dont mind giving quotes, I do all domestics for free (quote that is).

I was asked to give a price for labour only on a large build, I do not do labour only, gets very messy so I said

No I always give a certificate if they want one or not.

Last certificate I gave a customer was for the best cup of tea in Lancashire.

The one before was for the best carrot cake.

i am glad i dont live in lancashire i could not compete with hornys prices..

he must have the whole area sewn up nice and tight .. lol.
