Off grid power monitoring device options

Hello everyone, new to the page. Do not know why i waited so many years!

I hope someone could help me. I am trying to measure power usage to scale a solar and battery system on a off grid property with no wifi. I purchased a shelly EM device with CT clamp as i was told it would work without the use of wifi but upon arrival it seems not. Can anyone recommend a product that would work to monitor the power usage over a period of time?
