Why can't they just get this correct before its published OR just delay publication until its all correct.

Just more confusion as there is no guarantee that sparks will know about this, or bother to understand it.

Yes it is a free download.

There will never be a point when they are not working on ammendments. It's an ongoing evolving document.

Amd 3 is already being worked on but I don't think they will make it a full book change like Amd 2.

I'm sure once it's released on Monday there will be a link posted to this free download.

more like they need to keep making changes to justify their jobs.

same with H&S people. they come in, do some good work and make good changes and everything works. then they need to justify their jobs so keep making changes that are not necessary...
