Able bodied people who park in disabled bays. They are right outside the supermarket entrance for folk who can't walk very far. Duh! The scheme is a boon for the disabled much appreciated .

Too a point! Outside schools, hospitals, built up areas I applaud the police for catching speeders.

BUT

On a dual carriageway or motorway standing on a bridge clocking people at 10pm doing 85 is purely revenue generation! Pure greed!

motorways should be unrestricted for speed.

I also think urban speed limits should go up by 10mph between the hours of 10pm - 7am

but the police cash machines dont work too well there though - they work better on roads where the appropriate speed for conditions are higher than the limit
