Plasterers came and stripped and i am ready for first fix.

there is one wall where existing cables have been exposed and the intention is to plaster back directly onto the rubble wall (these are common around here)

the problem is that this wall cannot be channelled. capping would protrude to far and clips would not be siutable

would it be permissible for the cables to go back directly into the plaster - as they were before?

And is there any kind of adhesive that would not have a detrimental effect on the PVC - that would stick them to the wall to allow the plasterers seal them back in?

Sometimes old houses are a nightmareheadbang

Typical plasterers don't want to much work surely they can put enough of what they are putting on to cover your cables and a conduit or something.

just the nature of an old build. They would need a carpenter to bring the door frame out

By the way PC, is that glue acrylic?
