Similar I priced for outside amenity lighting on 3 blocks for housing association, to be done in MI, I allowed P clips and Brass Pan Head screws.If the job is local to you keep an eye on it to see how your competitor did it, so you know for future in both pricing and workmanship. I lost a very big job once, an army barracks housing block. The job was 100% specified down to the type of screws and involved fitting about 150 pir bulkhead lights with low energy lamps . The winning contractors threw in 500w halogen floods (over the front doors) and wired in Tw& e with the odd bit of plastic conduit.
We were then called in to rip it all out and redo as the spec in Micc and the correct lights. All the stuff removed had to be kept as it was being given back to the installers, who were not being paid.
