Has anyone purchased the Part P Doctor book , as advertised on the Forum heading ? What did you think, is it worth buying ?

I have today (well it came on lastweek but the kids hid the post? ) opened my delivery of the book.

Initial flick through it looks good, informative & pictorially very good. Glad you kept the myths captions Alan.

Well worth getting if you are at college, a new fast track DI undertaking one of the many part P courses or like me a sparks who just likes reading about the trade & brushing up on tips tricks & knowledge of the game.

My copy arrived today (thanks Doc!). Had to see what all the fuss was about.

Think it's aimed more at the newbie too the game and the interested Vets, but I can see that there is likely to be an interesting nugget of info in there for the more experienced guys. I imagine it can get a bit lonley if you trade single handed, it a nice way to get another view of things. Bigger book than I imagined (A4 sized). Full colour and shiny paper that I can imagine would resist the odd sticky fingermark if used on site.

Will give a DIYer review when I have read it
