I have been ask today for a pat certificate for items

i only have a register form does anybody no were

i might get one from to download

The IET CoP does not mention a PAT certificate, so you'll probably not get one, you'll have to make one up, I would suggest though that you undertake the requirements of the CoP & then add the cert to the package.

I have been asked for a cert for workshop machinery service before, so we just designed our own!
