Photoshop/elements

Guys

Looking at buying some photo editing software. All I really want to do it crop, alter the contrast a bit and resize for website use.

Easy to use more important than cost.

Is Photoshop Elements sufficient with a few other bits?

If you're after something for free then try "Gimp",, it is more of a full blown Photoshop though
