Picture card assessment

Hi, I'm on a level 1 electrical course and been issued with a picture card assessment. I have no idea what #7 is, as a guess I'd say it was a back box, but it has no screws or holes. Any advice what this could be?

i did think that too, it does look more like rubber than a black plastic lid
