Power Switch to Ikasu DVD/TV Player

I have a Dvd/tv Player the sliding power switch has been removed the pcb is damaged the batterys are flat . to cut a long story short can i wire it up to do away with the power pcb and the batterys so that it only runs on the mains adaptor ? .I have attached photos . more if required .

Welcome to the forum Littlejack, whilst this is a forum for electrical installations as opposed to electronics I am sure some of our members will be able to shed more light on your problem.

I personally do not think it is possible to bypass the power PCB, but have little practical knowledge to advise further.
