hi guys , psc test- test between live and earth( earth fault current) live and neutral ( short circ current) what ever is highest , record it! what happens if you can only get 1 reading out of the two tests?

a meter not giving a reading is no excuse for not getting correct PFC

I'd say that it's set on too low a range, go up to 20 ohms IMO

also check whether you've got a 'noise' button of your meter, y'know, anti trip technology thingymybob
