R2 readings higher than expected - likely significance

Hi there,

EICR has been rated 'unsatisfactory' due to needing further investigation on 3 circuits with R2 readings that were higher than expected.

Any views on how significant a fault this might be due to? And how disruptive further investigation would be (we don't own the property yet so have limits on what we can do)?

probably something as simple as a loose wire. finding its the problem
