is there a way of knowing why a RCBO trips, ie is there a way to know if it trips because of overload or earth fault?

no RCBOs (that i know of) have any indication of what part tripped it
and as a little side story: i installed an RCBO a few years back. immediately tripped when turned on. thought earth fault. isolated everything, all fine. tripped when a heater plugged in. though i found it. but same again with another high powered load. later noticed the RCBO from the 32A RCBO box was infact a 6A RCBO and tripping on overload, not earth leak
